Waterworld Lloret de Mar

Waterworld Lloret is located in Lloret de Mar and is one of the best water parks on the Costa Brava in Spain. Waterworld Lloret opens its gates on or around the 16^th of May and closes them again on or around the 18^th of September. The park is generally open from ten in the morning until either six or seven in the evening.

Many of the rides and flumes do have height restrictions of 120 centimetres on the thrill rides on the Water Rapid, while other thrill rides which juniors can enjoy too are the Water Gageant, Storm and Kamikaze. Family friendly rides include X-Treme Mountain, Water Mountain, Rafting River, Piscina d’Onades, Jacuzzis, Water Pistes, Riu Salvatge, Water Petit, Family Lagoon, Lac Relax and Piscinas La Calma. For the really young bathers there is the Kiddie Island and Llac Infantil.

Waterwold Lloret is geared up for people spending the whole day at the pleasure resort. Facilities at the water park include restaurants such as the Neptuno Restaurant and the Poseidon Food Centre, Burguer and the Tavern. There are also numerous kiosks scattered throughout the park selling refreshments. One can also bring food to the park and eat in thee picnic areas or on the grassed areas. The Water Shop sells souveniers People rent a locker to secure all valuables and clothes and also rent sun loungers for the day. More activities such as mini golf and bungee jumping are on offer. Telephones are on the premises and people arriving by car will be pleased to note that parking is free. In case of a small medical emergency there is also an infirmary on the premises.

Children and Adults over the height of 120 centimetres pay €25 admission for the day while those with a height of 80-120 centimetres pay €15 admission. Children below 80 centimetres in height can swim and play in the park for free. Family tickets for four people can be purchased for €65 and there are also two day passes available for €22.50 and €37.50 depending on height. Adult season passes are available for €75, which is good value for money as from the fourth day admission would be free. There are also Waterworld Lloret special offers where 50% discounts are applicable.

There is a free bus service available twice a day around 09:00 and 11:00 in the morning from Calella, Pineda, Santa Susanna, Malgrat de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Lloret de Mar and Blanes and the bus will return you to your resort at 16:00 or 18:00 in the evening.
