I don't remember where I read it, but the best description I found of Agadir is that "it is the place to go to take a little break from Morocco while you are still in Morocco".

I mean, the city is beautiful, clean, with world class restaurants and hotels. But, overall, it doesn't offer its visitors the chance to discover the real moroccan of berber culture.

However, the city is well located to be the starting point to many neighboring destination where one can discover the natural beauty of the Anti-atlas mountains and dicover the cultural exoticities if the local berber culture...

The list of destinations include Tafraout, Taroudant, Tiznit, Imouzzer Ida outanane, the paradise valley and the Massa Lagoon...
